Heir to a legendary lineage of explorers, Bertrand Piccard made history with the first round-the-world solar-powered flight Solar Impulse - proving that clean technologies can power even the most ambitious human endeavours.
Building on this legacy, the Solar Impulse Foundation identifies, promotes and accelerates the adoption of efficient solutions that combine environmental protection with economic competitiveness, and is leading Climate Impulse - the first zero-emission hydrogen-powered round-the-world flight.
In this context, the Foundation is launching a call for efficient aviation solutions to identify and accelerate the adoption of the innovations that can help decarbonise the sector.
